RK Chain Breaker and Rivet Cutting and Press Tool UCT2100

It can cut 420 – 532 pitch chains and is suitable for riveting 520- 532 chains, plus 428 chains with optional parts.  It splits and rivets unsealed or ‘O’-ring type chains with just the need of a couple of spanners for tightening.

It can be used for pressing on side plates for both clip and rivet link chains as well as flaring rivets. The special design of the flare pin only allows the rivet to be flared to a set depth and width, reducing the chances of binding the chain or over-flaring the chain link pin.
