The entire range of chain lubricators and cleaners from Scottoiler have been designed to provide the ultimate in protection and motorcycle chain maintenance. But all of these would be as much use as a chocolate fire grate without their range of oils, specifically designed for use with Scottoiler systems
Two oils are available, ‘Traditional’ and ‘High Temperature’ and both in various sizes
Scottoil Standard Blue 500ml is an oil specifically blended for use with Scottoiler chain lube systems in normal average temperatures.
Scottoiler Blue Oil is the first, traditional Scottoil
125ml is enough for 2,500 miles of riding
250ml is enough for 5,000 miles of riding
500ml is enough for 10,000 miles of riding
It should be used in average daily temperatures of 0-30°C (32°F-86°F)
Your choice of oil depends on the general riding temperatures you usually experience
Suitable for most European countries and North America
There is a high temperature oil available for average temperatures of between 20° and 40°C.
Scottoil Blue is specially formulated to give the user great lubrication properties ensuring the chain is consistently oiled throughout your ride. Friction modifiers are present to ensure that no wear comes of using Scottoil, with tack-additives included to leave no sticky build up from the road on your chain.
High Temperature Red
Scottoil High Temp Red 500ml is specifically blended for use with Scottoiler chain lube systems.
Scottoiler High-Temp. Red is specifically designed for warmer climates
125ml is enough for 2,500 miles of riding
250ml is enough for 5,000 miles of riding
500ml is enough for 10,000 miles of riding
It should be used in average daily temperatures of 20-40°C (68°F-104°F)
Your choice of oil depends on the general riding temperatures you usually experience
Suitable for hotter climates such as Asia, Australia and southern Europe
A Standard Blue Oil is also available for temperatures between 0°-30°C
